Committee Nomination Form
Waverley Meadows Committee Members are a very important part of the Waverley Meadows Community. Our Pre School
relies on assistance from our families in order to run our day to day operations. The Committee of Management meets
monthly and make decisions about purchases, advertising; enrolments, fundraising and social events, and most
importantly they provide support for our educators and allow them to focus on your child’s development.
Being a member of our Committee is a contribution to making our Pre School the wonderful community it is and is a very
rewarding experience for all involved.
If you’ve thought about being actively involved or you’d like to know what goes on behind the scenes, please consider
nominating for your preferred role. If you’ve been on the committee before, we’d love to have you back!
Please note: Executive positions will require the nominee to be approved as ‘fit and proper’ in accordance with the Education and Care
Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2009. The ‘fit and proper’ assessment
includes a requirement to produce a current Police Records (Criminal history) check and a current Working with Children Check.
All committee members require a Working with Children's check (only executive require a police check)
