D4 Program

We have a fantastic deferred 4-year-old Group (D4) for children who are still 3 years of age on the 1st January in the year they attend, but may be not quite ready for 4 year old kinder.

Not all children will attend the D4 program. Some will still move straight from 3-year-old to 4-year-old pre-school and then to school. Others might start in the D4 program and then move to 4-year-old; while some will benefit from 3 years at pre-school, attending the 3, D4 and then 4-year-old programs.

Whether your child attends the 3-year-old or D4 group, you can be sure that Waverley Meadows will continue to offer a pre-school experience where children of all ages will learn through play at a level appropriate to their age and developmental stage.
